I sat through so many workshops that weren't relevant, or ideas I had heard over and over again, un-enthusiactically presented by people who had never even been in a classroom, I finally decided to do my own thing.

I have had many years to figure out which ideas didn't work and which ideas KIDS LOVED and LEARNED from.

Those are the ideas that I am sharing with you! When kids are engaged and learning, they aren't getting into trouble. THAT is what makes teaching joyful.
